THE PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED AS EMAIL ATTACHMENTS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS INDICATED BY THE CUSTOMER.
THEY, LICENSED FOR UNLIMITED USE, REMAIN THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF EDP CONSULT. IT IS THEREFORE EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN FOR THE CUSTOMER TO TRANSFER OR SUBLICENSE THEM TO THIRD PARTIES OR OTHERWISE ALLOW THEIR USE BY THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER FREE OF CHARGE OR FOR A FEE.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of unilateral withdrawal by the Customer after downloading the product, the latter, by way of derogation from art. 1671 of the Civil Code, is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
In the event of unilateral termination by the customer after downloading the product, the latter is not entitled to the amount paid restitution.
